About the show

The story so far…

Peter and his grandma build a nesting box for Ruru, but Peter must be patient and wait to discover who will eventually nest in his box of birds!

The bird characters are familiar New Zealand locals and the story introduces young children to the idea of supporting our birdlife and the different needs they may have.

Who it is for?

We offer 2 different versions of this show, designed specifically for
3 to 6 years and 5 to 10 years.
This work is created to engage young children with carefully nuanced energy shifts, easy to follow storytelling techniques and live songs and percussion that encourage participation
and joining in.
